Graduate Education in Wheelchair Transportation Safety

One of the goals of the Rehabiltiation Engineering Research Center on Wheelchair Transportation Safety (RERC WTS) is to train researchers, engineers, product designers and advanced level practitioners who can continue this work. Each of the Universities who have partnered to form this RERC WTS offer graduate education in Biomechanics, BioMedical Engineering or Rehabilitation Science with the opportunity to focus on the issues of wheelchairs used as seats in motor vehicles.

Application to these Master's and Doctoral education programs is subject to the particular regulations and application process for each university. Use the links that follow to get more particular information from the registrar for each academic program:
